Celery Stop Lights

Ingredients

Celery stop lights.3 bell peppers (1 red, 1 yellow, and 1 green)

1 stalk of celery

3 ounces low-fat cream cheese

Directions

  1. Cut the peppers into circles.
  2. Cut the celery stack into thirds.
  3. Spread the cream cheese into each of the celery pieces.
  4. Place 1 red, yellow, and green bell pepper circle into the cream cheese to form a stoplight.

Makes 3 servings
