- Super sight: You use your super sight to observe and understand the meaning behind children's behaviors. Behavior has meaning!
- Super speed: You use your super speed to quickly adjust plans to reflect what children need. Respond to children's cues!
- Super strength: You use your super strength to build relationships with children's families. Families know their child best!
