The Agency Service Profile provides grant recipient-level information on reported demographics, services, and federal monitoring of Head Start programs.
To access an individual grant recipient service profile, enter the location (city and state), and the grant recipient's name or number. Each individual grant recipient service profile provides detailed information about the existing services being delivered, including the grant recipient's last Program Information Report.
