Narrator: Hello, everyone. So, yes, we're going to go back down where we started over in January. And I'm sure when you saw this the first time it didn't make quite as much sense, and this time it should all be crystal clear because we're now in the cycle. As you recall, we had shown that there was a cycle of what we're going to be doing. And I just want to walk you through that one more time. Remember we -- as a project, we developed a framework for partnership that was used to create the self-assessment. Remember, everyone went through and did their self-assessment that had those outcomes and all those indicators. And we had both the local-level ones and the state-level ones. And you went through and you identified what was already in place in your communities and your states.

Although I know that some of you are dealing with a lot of state changes already, or state changes coming soon, so it's a good thing we did this when we did and looked at what was in place at that point. So everyone looked to see what's in place now and create kind of a picture of what building blocks already were there. And what gaps were there. And what gaps you wanted to identify that you're going to work on in the coming months. And we took the self-assessment, we identified the gaps, and we started our work plan. And I know all of you are so familiar with this process by now, you all know that the outcome goes here. The local indicator goes right here. And that's where we localize it to say well this is specifically what it's going to look like in our community, but it's the (audio break) show if that outcome has been met. And so you went through, and you wrote those up, and you wrote the action steps, and so where are we now? We're going through and checking off those action steps, hopefully, and bringing those things into fruition to put those new blocks into place.

Betsy: Good afternoon. This is Betsy.

And I'm going to talk a little bit about where your work plans are now. I've had an opportunity to do a general overview, and what we found is that the framework did lay the foundation for developing a clear vision with a focus on the results. Everybody was able to do that. The work plan did provide us the opportunity to develop a needed infrastructure. And the teams are ensuring a collaborative planning process. So the three entities that were part of the overall big picture have come together now and is very evident in your plan. Next photo. What we found was that all programs were able to find a place to enter the framework and develop work plans. So there was a place for every program regardless of where you were in terms of either considering this partnership or having already implemented it.

And then we noticed that partnership teams are working together bringing community leaders to form a collective approach to creating this partnership. And although many of you identified specific community leaders, a list started to generate itself of who's in the community who could support this partnership. And the list here on the slide shows that the ranges are quite great, from the mayor in your town to the fraternal organization leaders, the Lions Clubs and the Kiwanis, who are there and are the foundation of what's happening in your community who can help with this work. We also noticed that improvements and awarenesses are being coordinated in lots of different places. So you have the people identified and then the places in the community. Many of you talked about the library as a place for supporting the literacy development of children in care. The Health Department where we could ensure that there would be ongoing health delivered to children in a comprehensive way. The grocery store. Healthy Families, another home visiting program in many of the communities that work also with at-risk infants and toddlers and their families.

So it was interesting to see how many different places in communities are already in place to support the work. And then we also were able to see the partnership teams are working toward the common agenda, you all identified that, with mutually-reinforcing activities. Many of you talked about shared measurements systems and ongoing communication and ways to seek additional funding to sustain the work after the project is over. So the changes that we're expecting to see are very varied; however, there are clear pathways by which this change is evidenced in each of your communities, and that was quite exciting to see.
