The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Data Warehouse provides access to a wide range of planning and policy information. Head Start health managers, administrators, and staff, in collaboration with the Health Services Advisory Committee (HSAC), can use the tools to plan for additional resources to further meet the needs of children and families in their communities.
The HRSA Data Warehouse and its applications include information about HRSA programs, related health resources, and demographic data. The Map Tool allows users to create a graphic presentation of the warehouse data. It also allows the visualization of HRSA grant data and specific geographic designations such as Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs), Medically Underserved Areas/Populations (MUA/P), and Primary Care Service Areas (PCSAs).
